Program Manager II – Training Development – REMOTE
Dynamic Management Associates is seeking to hire a Program Manager II – Training Development to support the Navy in developing Navy Personnel and Pay (NP2) as a tool to streamline and enhance Sailor pay and benefit support. Remote position. NP2 integrates both Active and Reserve personnel actions and pay functions into a seamless system incorporating new capabilities and process improvements. The candidate will be responsible for developing training material and training government employees. In addition, the candidate will oversee development of industry standard educational/occupational training material in support of successful training outcomes and pilot newly developed training to support new Payroll Operations functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Program Management, Data Analysis, Consulting, Organizational Design and Management, and Business Process Improvement. Certifications: Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) may be required at the task order level. Active Secret Security Clearance Required Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical sciences or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology. 15+ years relevant experience. Certifications: Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) may be required at the task order level
